Delivery
We deliver all our goods via the Royal Mail First Class and Recorded Delivery Service. Most orders are shipped the next working day, except for pre-orders, which are delivered on the day of release or earlier if possible. Please allow 5 working days for delivery of items that are in stock. Items that are out of stock are normally despatched within 7-10 working days. Delivery is £5.95 per order.
Returns Policy
Any returned item must be sent to us within seven days from receipt (unless returned under warranty). Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery; therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery. Returned goods that are faulty or sent in error will be credited in full. All other returns will incur a nominal charge of £3.50 for handling, insurance and re-stocking.Any items that are received in a damaged condition, or are found to be faulty must be registered at support@imageworkwear.com. You must then send the item to the address below. Please note we do test all returned items.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at any time up to the point of despatch from Image Workwear. We reserve the right to make a nominal charge of £2.50 to cover the administration of orders that have been processed and packaged.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows you the consumer, a 7 working day cooling off period. If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us we will gladly refund your money after receiving your return. Please notify us by writing within 7 days of purchase if you wish to refund your items. Please note return carriage is at your expense.
